The cuddly Belvoir Bear has many secret hiding places in the Castle, children really enjoy hunting him out - particularly if there's prizes to be won!
Our children's quiz keeps them entertained as they explore the Castle.
The Old Nursery and School Room are well equipped and great fun for children to get their imagination flowing, as they play in the atmosphere of Regency times.
The gardens and woodlands are perfect for outdoor activities, games and to let off steam.
The adventure playground is closed for essential maintenance.
Most of our weekend events are perfect for all the family such as Medieval Jousting Show, Family Fun weekend, Teddy Bears Picnic, Steam Festival and many more - see are Events Diary for details.
May/June opening
The Castle will be open every day except Fridays in May and June but closed on Saturday 7th June.
