Belvoir Castle offers a unique and exquisite venue for conferences and meetings and in addition the tranquil atmosphere will encourage focus and inspiration to your clients and staff.

With over 20 rooms to choose from within the castle, we can be sure to find the ones to suit you and your guests no matter what their requirements.


Day Conferences and Meetings
20 people minimum
£65 per head

Delegates enjoy the following:

  • Fully presented conference table including; pen, pad, glasses, water and mints
  • Flip chart stand, pad, coloured pens in the main room.
  • 3 x tea, coffee, biscuit breaks.
  • 2 course lunch to include a choice of hot and cold buffet, plus coffee served either in the restaurant or your conference room.
  • Full room service during the breaks and lunch.
  • Conference co-ordinator; your own personal contact from signing the contract right through to completion of the event.
  • Personal Conference Co-ordinator to assist you and your delegates throughout the day.
  • Belvoir staff available to offer add-on activities to help enhance your event.


Executive Day Meetings
20 people maximum
£85 per head

Should you require a meeting for a smaller number of people you have the opportunity to use the Regents Nursery set within a quiet area of the castle. The room also has the distinct advantage of broadband internet connectivity for those executives who need to keep in touch.

Delegates enjoy the following:

  • Fully presented conference table including; pen, pad, glasses, water, mints.
  • Flip chart stand, pad, coloured pens.
  • Continuous tea, coffee, biscuits available.
  • 2 course lunch to include a hot buffet, plus coffee served either in the restaurant or in your own meeting room.
  • Full room service during the breaks and lunch.
  • Broadband internet access in the main room.
  • Conference co-ordinator; your own personal contact from signing the contract right through to completion of the event.
  • Personal contact to assist you and your delegates throughout the event day.
  • Belvoir staff available to offer add-on activities to help enhance your event.

 

Meeting rooms hire

Overnight Conferences and Meetings
10 people minimum
£195 (Single Room Occupancy)
£125 (Double Room Occupancy)

  • 3 x tea, coffee, biscuit breaks.

  • 4 star hotel accommodation
  • 3 course dinner in the hotel
  • Full English or Continental breakfast
  • Ensuite bedroom with 4 star facilities
  • Transfers to and from the hotel
