A visit to Belvoir Castle’s annual Wedding Fair on Sunday 17^th October 2010 is a must for any bride-to-be planning their wedding.

Meet with some of the region’s leading wedding suppliers including bridal fashion and flowers, , photography and fireworks, stationery,  cakes, and musicians.  Don’t miss the fabulous catwalk show in the Ballroom featuring the latest collections and inspirations for Brides, Grooms and Mothers of the Bride.  Take the opportunity to look around  the Castle’s impressive stately rooms which are available for hire for your wedding day.

Belvoir by Candlelight

Never does the historic venue of Belvoir Castle look more enchanting than by candlelight . . .  with inviting log fires, flickering candles and musicians performing throughout the State Rooms; all creating an unforgettable evening. 

Visitors can pre-book a meal in the magnificent State Dining Room and the Stewards Restaurant will be open all evening for those that wish for a more informal setting. 

Open from 7pm -10pm on Wednesday 1st, Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd December 2010 - tickets must be booked in advance.

Christmas Fantasia Week

Experience a truly festive day out this Christmas in the wonderful setting of Belvoir Castle!  Visitors will be greeted by roaring fires, the smell of roasted chestnuts and the sound of choirs.  To round off the day the piper will lead everyone in carol singing in the atmospheric Guardroom. 

The restaurant will be serving lunch including traditional Christmas dishes and mulled wine & mince pies will be available in our Porters Lodge. The Castle gift shop will be stocked with traditional gifts and Christmas decorations.     

The Castle opens at 11am and closes at 5pm. Pre-booking not required, usual Castle entrance charges apply.
