The Parkland at the Belvoir Estate is the perfect base for a range of team-oriented events. It offers tranquillity and dynamic views together with a setting and separation that enable teams to unite, develop, have fun and participate in a number of exhilarating activities! We offer events on two themes, team development and team building:

Team Development Events in conjunction with Pathfinder

We offer structured outdoors events that blend practical and enjoyable activities with bottom-line focused coaching and learning. The aim is that they motivate, empower and focus business teams.

Our delivery partners at Pathfinder are very experienced in translating a business’s ‘team’ brief into a highly enjoyable and stretching event. Each event is bespoke, tailored to the needs of the business, to ensure that the timely and practical outputs have an immediate and sustained impact on business performance. The focus of the events may be boosting innovative thinking and sales potential, strengthening teamwork, improving coaching skills or something else!

Central to the activities is a low-rope course in the parkland. It provides a safe but challenging base for exercises and can suit groups with mixed ages and abilities.

Throughout the year a number of Familiarisation Days are scheduled. These provide a free opportunity for up to two individuals from a business to experience the event and the benefit it could have on their teams.

Team Development Events in conjunction with Everyman

Regardless of your purpose, be it rewarding a sales force, a product launch or thanking loyal clients an excellent day is certainly ahead of you. Guests have a choice of either a half or full day of activities.

The event starts as visitors enter the castle for a welcome cup of tea and a bacon roll as they attend the opening briefing session. Once the formalities have been attended to the guests move on to the castle estate to participate in their chosen activities.

A range of activities are available including off road driving, helicopter flights, hovercraft, tank driving, carriage driving, quad bikes, performance car driving, falconry and clay pigeon shooting to mention but a few of the possibilities.

The events arranged vary according to time, budget and objectives for the day.
A typical day is as follows:

09.00 - 09.30	Registration, tea, coffee and bacon rolls
10.00	Transport to the events area
10.15	Events start 4 x 4 Landrover endurance course Quad bikes Hovercraft Sheep, duck and dog trials Performance car driving
12.30 - 13.30	Lunch at the castle
13.45	Events continue
16.30	Prize giving at the castle

Set below the castle are The Dooms and Beer Cellars where many activities can be carried out, either in the daylight or dark of night!

Activity Days from £200 per head (minimum of 8 people)

Customised Team Building activities can be arranged to suit the needs of your staff - this could even include an overnight camp!
