CORPORATE AND FAMILY FUN DAYS
Can you imagine a more impressive setting for corporate and family fun days?
Built in the early 1800s for the 5th Duke and Duchess of Rutland, Belvoir Castle is the fourth castle to stand proudly on this site. Visitors young and old are entranced by its turrets and towers rising over the Vale of Belvoir – straight out of a fairy-tale.
There’s plenty to keep families amused, too. New in 2018, the Castle has had interactive trails implemented with Gamar app, using augmented reality. Available all year round, exciting seasonal trails will be on offer at Easter, during the summer holidays and for Hallowe’en.
The current Duke and Duchess are always delighted to share their beautiful home, history and parkland with visitors. So why not make your Family Fun Day, charity event or Corporate Day extra special?
Corporate and Family Fun Days to remember
Space is certainly not at a premium at Belvoir. You can organise the most wonderful family fun days, soaking up the stunning countryside views. Keep little ones happy with ice creams. They’ll soon be able to enjoy a fantastic adventure playground on site, too.
Lots of visitors have enjoyed events like the Belvoir Steam Family Show with tractor displays, vintage cars, funfair and dog show. Why not adapt these ideas to suit your Corporate or Family Fun Day?
If you have friends or colleagues travelling from far away, the day doesn’t have to end.
There are 14 bedrooms available at the Castle as well as extra accommodation at Croxton Park and Moscar Lodge in the Peak District so your Corporate Day can finish with some relaxation and entertainment.
At Belvoir, we’re very proud of our hospitality – you can choose from family friendly BBQs to formal three course dinners accompanied by a stunning selection of wines at the Castle. Check out a sample menu here.
Ideally located on the borders of Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, Belvoir enjoys excellent rail and road links from London and the north. The nearest airport (East Midlands) is under an hour away. It’s just a few miles from Grantham, too.
With plenty of car parking (recently extended), including parking areas for disabled visitors close to the Castle, everyone is welcome.
There’s always lots to see and do at Belvoir. Check out our Team Building Days for more inspiration.
