Queen at the Castle

Belvoir Castle is delighted to host Mercury; one of the world’s most authentic tribute bands to Freddie Mercury and Queen.

A choreographed stage show, with spectacular and authentic costumes, high class production including dramatic and striking lighting effects.

The show includes stardom, showmanship and an energetic performance from Joseph Lee Jackson as ‘Freddie’, together with excellent musicianship, including beautifully crafted harmonies, and intricate guitar work from Glenn Scrimshaw as ‘Brian May’.

Food and drink are available on site. Please bring your blankets or chairs. You may also bring your own alcohol and picnic.

Nick Pacey and his band Roustabout will also be performing a tribute to Elvis Presley, the “King of Rock and Roll”.

Doors open at 5pm; performance begins 7pm and the event will finish at 10:45pm.


No electricity hook up but toilet block close by. Camping ticket holders need a concert ticket for all occupants and can enter the site from 4pm on 22nd August up to 6pm (strictly no entrance to campsite after this time).

Special rates for Breakfast at the Fuel Tank, Engine Yard for all campers from 0830am-10.00am Friday morning.

No animals.

Security will be onsite at all times.

Campers camp at their own risk. In the event of extreme weather camping will be cancelled.

VIP tickets are also available which include forward parking, a private viewing area underneath a Marquee (limited view), VIP outside area – your own bars. A hog roast and veg option available to buy close by. Tables and chairs (limited).

VIP tickets will be released Friday 26th July.

Terms and conditions

Tickets are sold as non returnable. No dogs, or other animals allowed in the grounds during this event. To be respectful to all of our neighbours, there will be a no Parking Zone around the event grounds to avoid blockages. Parking on site is available and is pre bookable. Please display your parking permit in the windscreen of your car on arrival. No parking needed for badge holders as we have allocated badge holder parking forward of the event.
