Twinkling lights, festive decoration and the smell of Christmas trees in the air! You can expect all that and much more when you meet Father Christmas at Belvoir Castle this year. In a new location for 2020, to ensure more space and a socially distanced experience, we introduce you to The Old Kitchen. A fantastic space which will be transformed into our winter wonderland, imagine a room lined with spectacular trees, snow sprinkled paths, and the most beautiful decorations.

An immersive experience at Belvoir Castle this Christmas, allows you to walk in the footsteps of past Dukes and Duchesses and meet the main man of Christmas. Create special memories wander round such a unique place and letting the little ones experience a true Christmas fairytale!

Each child can be accompanied by a maximum of two adults.

How much does it cost? What does Normal Admission Applies mean?

Visiting Father Christmas is £7 per child with every child receiving a present. This price does not include entry to Belvoir Castle which you will need to purchase for all children and adults in your party. Admission prices for adults are £15 and children are £7. 

Do I need to book for accompanying adults as well as children?

You only need to book tickets for the children in your party. You are welcome to bring any other family members who don’t need a Father Christmas ticket, but they do need an admission ticket!

Will there be lots of other families?

One family will visit Father Christmas at a time, to ensure social distancing is in place. There will be a queuing system with separate group lines to keep the distance.

Will we be waiting a long time?

There may be a few people in front of you but there will be a strategic queuing system and options to walk round the castle first etc.

Tickets are sold out – are there any available on the day?

We cannot guarantee a visit to Father Christmas without a pre-booked ticket however if there is availability it will be left on the website. We can’t allow purchasing on the gate, due to social distancing and a capacity within the castle.
