Great British Dog Walk 2017

Join Hearing Dogs for Deaf People for the first ever Great British Dog Walk here at the stunning Belvoir Castle. With a scenic 8km or 3km route to choose from, stalls and chance to see a live Hearing Dog demonstration it will be a great day for all the family. By coming along, you’ll be helping us to raise vital funds and awareness so we can train more life-changing hearing dogs.

Firework Championship 2017

Belvoir Castle welcome back organisers MLE Pyrotechnics for this spectacular firework event on 12th August 2017.

Come to this stunning venue and be amazed by 4 spectacular displays precisely set to music. 3 teams compete against each other, the audience have the chance to text vote for the team they enjoyed the most. Following the final display by organisers MLE Pyrotechnics the winning display will be announced.

Equinox 24 Saturday 23rd / Sunday 24th September 2017

Equinox 24 is a 24 hour mixed terrain race against the clock, Belvoir Castle, standing high on a hill overlooking 1,600 acres of woodland, is a breathtaking backdrop for this 10km route.

The event is open to all abilities, whether entering to run solo or in a team of 2.  If your aim is to win or just to take part, this race will be exhilarating, testing and rewarding along with a great atmosphere.

The 10k route within the stunning grounds of Belvoir Castle will take you around the Estate, on completing your lap you will hand over to one of your teammates or if solo keep on running!

Chapel Services 2017

Associates of the Estate, tenants, employees, contractors, surveyors and friends of the family are invited to attend services held in the Castle’s private Chapel.

All services start at 7pm and is followed by a glass of wine in the Guard Room.

The services will be conducted by either Paul Towns, the Duke of Rutland’s acting chaplain, Canon Judith Wells or Canon Peter Hooper
